I have tidied up the chapters into PC/XBOX 360 respective areas. I have also updated many of the usergroups and permissions, moved alot of topics and created the new Gears of War chapter. In addition, I have reset the board stats on the most users online ever, as I feel that becasue of the issues we had last year, that "count" was not a valid one. It counted ppl logging on over 2 days as multiple ppl on at once. If there are any issues, let me know.
